These Terms of Use govern your use of VentureDock.com and other public Venture Dock websites that link to these Terms. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. Separate agreements may govern Founder participation, workspace access, programs, events, investments, employment, or other services; where a separate agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the separate agreement controls for that service.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with site security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or harvest data in violation of applicable law or technical restrictions; impersonate another person; upload malicious code; or use the site to violate the rights of others.
Applications are not guarantees
Submitting an application to Venture Dock, a program, technical community, event, partnership, or other opportunity does not guarantee acceptance, participation, introductions, benefits, workspace, funding, or any other outcome.
No investment promise
Nothing on the website constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities, investment advice, or a promise of financing. Participation in Venture Dock does not guarantee investment by Venture Dock, its affiliates, or any third party. Any investment opportunity will be governed by separate offering and transaction documents.
Founder and company information
If you submit company information, you represent that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to disclose. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, website submissions should not be treated as creating a confidential, fiduciary, advisory, or investment relationship.
Third-party relationships and introductions
Venture Dock may introduce users to investors, corporates, experts, mentors, service providers, partners, or other third parties. Venture Dock does not control third parties and does not guarantee their conduct, services, decisions, or outcomes. Users are responsible for their own diligence and agreements.
Intellectual property
The Venture Dock name, logos, website design, original content, and other Venture Dock materials are owned by Venture Dock or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them except as permitted by law or with written permission.
User submissions
If the site permits comments, profiles, applications, photos, event materials, or other submissions, you retain ownership of your content but grant Venture Dock the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and use that content for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to the Privacy Policy and any separate agreement.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Venture Dock is not responsible for third-party sites solely because we link to them.

The public website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Venture Dock does not warrant that content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
